Designed for strength and functional training, these high quality plates are both durable and safe. The Proud Urethane Weight Plate is made with strong steel with a layer of polyurethane. This additional layer ensures they are resistant to wear and protects not only the equipment but also the floor from damage.
The Proud plate features a comfortable grip with two handles, making it easy to load onto a bar. Alternatively, the plate can used as individual training weights instead of dumbbells and kettlebells due to its grips.
