This International Weightlifting Federation approved 20kg pre-loaded Physical Elite Olympic Bar has been engineered with precision bearings for smoother rotation and finished in durable hardened chrome. The inner bar has been knurled for improved grip.
Olympic lifting has many benefits with increased power and strength being at the core. However, control and flexibility will also be hugely improved through this method of training as well as great overall improvement in muscle mass and performance.
