In the File Optimization section of WP Rocket, you will find an “Excluded CSS Files” setting and an “Excluded Javascript Files” setting where you can enter the URLs of any files you won’t want to be optimized. Enter the Elementor file URLs there and they won’t be minified/concatenated.
