The name Robusto is a reference to their classic cigar shape. The weights are made using only the finest American walnut wood, carefully selected for its flawless grain pattern. The wood is hollowed out using a very complex process, before being turned, polished and oiled to produce its beautiful ergonomic shape. All this is done with the utmost precision to ensure tight component fit. The stainless steel core is CNC milled to a maximum tolerance of between just 1 and 2 grams. The ring is made of solid 1.4305 stainless steel, and a special process gives it a very smooth finish that reflects the light in striking bands, harmonising perfectly with the warm, organic look of the wood grain. The surface of the wood is treated with a natural oil, which is skin-friendly. The hard-wearing walnut wood is also moisture-resistant.
